The food vibration chart and soul vibration
Our bodies are basically a bundle of overlayed energies, and eating is simply a transfer of energy from food to our bodies. We can fill ourselves with higher energy in many ways like through intended breathing, walking in nature, yoga, meditation, and eating high-vibration foods.
You see, when you are at the beach, barefoot, surrounded by nature, you are absorbing prana, life force energy. You are thrilled and enthusiastic, you are “high”, you are open to everything around you, and this being nature it fills you up with higher energy. Therefore, you need less energy from food.
When you are in the office and you are working, you are giving away your energy to your work. Even if it’s a job you love you still will give up lots of your energy, even if less than if you are doing a job you don’t like. Did you notice that in winter when the sun is scarce over our heads we tend to eat more than in summer? Sun’s light literally feeds us with higher energy, and the feeling of energy input is less. Ultimately, our human bodies are the result of the marriage between Earth and the Sun, they are the parents of our bodies.
Additionally, technology tends to absorb our energy. You are being depleted in multiple ways so you and your body, conscious or not, become thirsty, hungry, and want to be re-filled with prana.
The hard part is the emotional and mental stuff that gets in the way and sets up unhealthy patterns and habits for us around food.
